15  Observed the following improper non-food contact surfaces: 1) RUST INSIDE OF MILK COOLER ON RIGHT IN STORAGE ROOM, 2) IMPROPER SURFACE ON SHELVING THAT HOLDS CANNED TOMATO AND BOTTLE MAYO, 3) CORKBOARD IN CORNER IN KITCHEN IN POOR CONDITION - CORK SECTION BREAKING UP AND LANDING ON COVERED FOOD BELOW IT. Provide for all food contact surfaces to be smooth, easily cleanable, non-absorbant, corrosive resistant, and light colored. (750.690) Next Inspection
